IntegrateUs started in 2011 with one idea: staffing works when the recruiter who takes your call is the one who finds your person. That is still how we work. 142 placements later, every one of them went through a real conversation about the job, not a keyword match.

We place people in every industry and in every state. Some clients need one specialist for three months. Others need a team that starts on Monday. Public agencies buy from us through contracts that are already competitively awarded, so they can skip a new bid.
