ITSAC Contract Overview
The IT staff augmentation services contract through the State of Texas DIR is an approved method for providing temporary IT staffing services to Texas state agencies at a negotiated hourly rate. Agencies can select from a list of approved vendors, either through a competitive solicitation sent to all vendors or by directly approaching a trusted vendor. Regardless of the selection process, services are billed on an hourly basis, and all staff are managed and overseen by agency personnel. IntegrateUs has been delivering DIR ITSAC services since 2011, ensuring quality IT staff augmentation for several agencies. We currently have qualified staff ready to meet agency needs, and if we don’t have the right personnel available, we are committed to finding specific, qualified staff who can successfully complete your project.

ITSAC questions
- What is DIR ITSAC?
- The Information Technology Staff Augmentation Contract (ITSAC) is the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) vehicle for temporary IT staff. Rates and terms are already negotiated, so eligible customers skip a full procurement.
- What is IntegrateUs’s DIR contract number?
- DIR-CPO-5471. Your purchase order must include that contract number.
- Can we award directly to IntegrateUs?
- Yes. An agency can procure ITSAC services directly from IntegrateUs using the Best Value justification, or send a competitive solicitation to all approved vendors.
- Where are the rates published?
- DIR publishes them in Appendix C, the not-to-exceed rate schedule for DIR-CPO-5471. Our quotes never exceed those rates, and all services are billed hourly.
- Who manages the contractors?
- Your agency does. ITSAC staff work under the direction and oversight of agency personnel.
- How do we start?
